How I want the flow of the post to be like

  • talk about finding what matters for you and build your standards and framework of how you think about it
  • building bias for action and importance of routine/habits
  • factors that really impact your day
    • energy, mood, sense of direction/meaning, sense of clarity

Have you ever felt lost in life? Even though everything is going well in your life, it feels empty and meaningless then you've found the right page.

I have been through existential crisis in my bechlors, I went in search on finding my purpose. Before we get started, let me tell you a story of a drunken sailor.

idea is to have flexible system which provides you with sense of direction in all areas of your life and reflect when you're lost, asking your reassurence if what you truly believed gives meaning to your life stays or your learned something new about life and want to upgrade.

It's not always about having a good balanced life, first thing I read was Life advice Hunter S. Thompson gave to his friend Hume Logan, and later when I went through how he lived his life on wiki I was shocked that he lived such a life, I wasn't able to convience myself that both are same person.

What I want to get to is, it's worth living an intentional life, choose to have your own standards and values and soon you would find it easy to navigate through life.

Good starting point is to look at fundamental needs humans have, maslow and trancend. I would suggest checking out few frameworks or build your own and see what you like, pick one and stick to it.
